How do I request a doctor home visit?

Is my booking confirmed after submitting the contact form?
The contact form opens WhatsApp with your enquiry ready to send. Please send the message and wait for our team to confirm the visit.
Can I arrange a visit for a family member?
Yes. Please provide the patient's location and care needs, and let us know who will be present during the visit.
How soon can a doctor arrive?
Arrival times depend on your location, traffic and the availability of our team. We will discuss the estimated arrival time when arranging your visit.

Which areas do you cover?
We accept enquiries for home visits across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Send us your exact location or a WhatsApp location pin so our team can confirm coverage and any travel charges.
Can I request a visit to an office or hotel?
You can enquire about visits to a home, office or hotel. Please share the location and any access requirements so our team can confirm whether the visit can be arranged.
How much does a home visit cost?
Fees depend on the visit time, location and care required. Our team will explain the consultation fee and any applicable travel charges before confirming your booking.
Are medications, tests and procedures included?
Medications, laboratory tests, procedures and other treatments may have additional charges. Please ask our team for an explanation of the expected costs before agreeing to treatment.

Do you provide care for elderly patients?
You can enquire about home consultations and ongoing support for elderly patients. Share the patient's health conditions, mobility needs and current care arrangements so our team can discuss a suitable visit.
Can I enquire about bedsore or diabetic wound care?
Yes. We accept enquiries about bedsore and diabetic wound assessment, dressing and follow-up. Share the wound location, how long it has been present and any current treatment. The team will discuss whether a home visit is suitable.
How do I enquire about an IV drip?
Tell our team which treatment you are interested in and why you are considering it. Treatment suitability, ingredients, risks, costs and availability need to be discussed before any treatment is arranged.
Can I arrange follow-up visits?
Please contact our team to discuss follow-up care. The timing and type of follow-up will depend on the patient's needs and the care plan discussed during the consultation.

Include the patient's age, location, main symptoms or care needs and preferred visit time. A brief summary is enough to start the conversation.
